The Super Blood Moon, September 27, 2015
I shot this a little before sunset. I was in the mountains shooting some of the fog and light rays that were coming through the canyons. When shooting landscapes like this I usually do some that are drastically “underexposed” because often there are hidden things that you can’t see through the brightness. When I did this I could see that the moon was right there next to the sun, completely invisible to the human eye.

For the last year and a half I’ve been working on this series called Solus. I’ve shared the first image here previously, but I think it’s about time I start to share the rest of it. This is the second photograph in the series. The full series is on my website: www.LindseyBest.com/solus
